This is really gross it's really big so it's very noticeable. it's also painful and it's making it difficult to breath.

Do try to dry out the pimple, use a mixture of baking soda and water on it like a paste. After washing of te dried paste, ad moisturizer (do not skip this!!) and go to bed. Hope this works!!

That's happened to me too, I've even had one right on my nose ring hole, inside my nose!
I just put a spot treatment on it and don't touch it or irritate it. It'll go away soon enough. I use clean and clear advantage acne spot treatemnt
