Get full sleep! Drink water a lot of water! Put cucumber under your eyes and put frozen soon on them! Concealer also helps. Use eyeliner and do winged eyeliner! Put white in your inner corner and and black in your outer corner and blend them together! You wear glasses always remember get yet perfect eyebrow shape as well!

Line your water line with white eyeliner, use white with a bit of shimmer in the inner corner and try a cat eye style, I also use eye drops before make up so that my eyes look brighter. Eyebrow shape is also very important with glasses!

You have beautiful eyes! Try using some liquid liner on the top and wing it out a bit. Next apply pencil liner on the outer half of your waterline. Then apply some gold or shimmery white to the inner corner :) hope this helps.

White eyeliner is the key to bigger eyes, make sure not to put too much if you want it natural. Putting shimmer under your eyes can also do wonders. Mascara that makes your lashes look longer and ieyeliner make a little wing in the end, that at least to me can make your eyes look a big more round.
And as others said your eyebrows too, maybe look around and find a shape you like and that you're confident will make your eyes look bigger =)
