For French class I am doing a presentation on makeup (yay!) but I realized, I kinda need some help. Do you guys have any fun facts on L'Oréal, Maybelline or Rimmel? And does anybody know what a typical French makeup look is?

Typical french look to me: black winged liner with a red lip or the no make up make up look.

Loreal is French. And it is the largest cosmetic company in the world. Maybelline is American and rimmel is British. For classic French looks, be inspired by Brigitte Bardot, Vanessa paradis, Marion cotillard, and Audrey tautou.

For typical french makeup you would have a neautral brownish smoy eye an a winged out eyeline with red lips

Mabelline was named after the guy who created it's sister, Mabel. And I believe their first product was mascara that was cakelike and was applied with a brush instead of a mascara wand.
I did a project on makeup for my senior project, just google "history of makeup" and you'll get a lot of stuff about brands and the products they released throughout history.
