I always change my mind! And I din't watch any of the nyfw shows yet =( When I wanted to be a pattern maker I was way more interested in designers, now as a fashion illustrator I am much more interested in illustrators, so my interest has dwindled a bit, but here are some of my favorites...!
-I always tried to channel my inner Roksanda Ilincic whenever I was doing draping assignments in school
-Hussein Chalayan is always really neat to watch! Definitely super interesting in the early days, I find his clothes more wearable now
-Rick Owens is pretty alright, I can see myself wearing a lot of pieces.. but I really love his wife, Michéle Lamy (style) she's awesome
-Moschino is another one I find really wearable and cohesive in my wardrobe
_Mui Mui as well...
-I loved Alexander McQueen back in the Isabella Blow days, they were a great team
-Studying fashion in London as a teen I loved researching Andrés Courréges's space age work in the 60s
-Elsa Schiaparelli (and her work with Dalí) is amazing! She was somethin' else for her time, love love love her.
-Vivienne Westwood back in the 70s is amazing (work with Malcolm McLaren)... I'm more nuts about her as a person than a designer recently though
