I Have Sooooo many acne scars on my face chin,cheeks I'm Really sick of them makes me soo self conscious I Fell Soo Ugly

I've Herd Coconut oil works putting it on your face and I've herd putting fish oil on your face or takeng them
can you please help

SHEA BUTTER! shea butter based creams and lotions work very well to remove scars, I have plenty on my body from sports, etc.and shea butter creams ALWAYS help :)

If you exfoliat your face it can get rid of the dead skin in the scar making it easier to cover up :)
