1st thing I would suggest is to make sure you drink plenty of water throughout the day. It's so good for your skin!
Sometimes it takes a while to find the right product that is right for your skin, so try not to worry yourself too much about it. Stress will make it worse.
As for actual products, as I said it may take time to figure out what's best for you. But try not to use a lot of different ones at the same time as that's going to be bad for your skin. Try starting with products that are as natural as possible. Obviously the less chemicals a product has, the better for your skin it's going to be. I use Skin Therapy 2 in 1 cleanser & toner everyday. It's fragrance free and PH balanced and its great for my sensitive skin. I also use Derma V10 Q10 day & night cream. That's all I use on my face. As I said before its important not to clog your face with lots of different products. With that in mind, try to give your face at least 1 make up free day a week to let your skin breath, and make sure to take your make up off at the end of each day too.
Like I said before though, try not to stress yourself out about it. You're beautiful and hopefully someday very soon you'll see that too :)
