I know this sounds krazy but make a paste out of fresh strawberries and baking soda and smear it all over your teeth and leave it on for 5 minutes. I do this twice a month and my teeth are so white! (And boy do I drink a lot of coffee!) Some stains and plaque buildup can only be removed by your dentist though...so checkups are always a must.

There's a video on YouTube and the girl swishes peroxide in her mouth for 30 seconds then sprinkles baking soda on the toothpaste and brushes

Use a banana peel and basically brush your teeth with it and then leave the stuff that comes off on your teeth for a minute or so, and then take a paper towel and wipe all of it off your teeth and then brush your teeth normally.

I think strawberries are used because of the high acidity.

There is an acid in strawberries and in green apples that has a natural whitening power. I don't remember what the acid is called though. My dentist told me not to use peroxide very often though, it can cause you to get "hairy tongue"! Gross.

Baking soda tastes awful works well a little on the tip of a separate tooth brush brush your front teeth with that then do a real brush.
