Crest white strips. or once a week you could mix lemon juice with baking soda apply it on your teeth with a cotton scab then brush it off with your toothbrush and water. Always rinse with peroxide and you can also mix baking soda with your toothpaste and peroxide. I do all of these... and btw the baking soda cancels out the bad stuff in lemon juice that would normally eat at your enamel
