Okay here's the deal,
I don't really wear make-up like that, the most I'll wear is a simple black eye liner w-a black mascara. Recently I recieved like $100 worth of different eye shadows but I have NO idea how to blend & contour and all that super cool stuff...PLEASE HELP. -Thanks!

Eye makeup has been the most challenging things for me to learn, so I am right there with you I can make a face look flawless, and almost natural but eye makeup is just such a different game. I am slowly getting better though, and while youtube gave me ideas, I found it was better to just play around with it when I got bored or on those nights where sleep didn't come so easy. = P
I started with just one single eyeshadow. Learning how/where to apply a color all over my lid that best suited my eyeshape, and figuring out which colors I liked and didn't like on me. Then I moved onto looks where I would use two, three or even four different shades. I would highly suggest really examining your eyes and learning their shape and contours as it will be very instrumental in learning where to place different colors/textures to achieve different effects.

YouTube will definitely be your best friend. Visually seeing different techniques will really help out with learning. That's how I learned. You can easily pause & rewind until you get the technique down.
