And for the lip scrub, just mix sugar and honey together (equal parts, play with amounts a little) and scrub it all over your lips then use your baby lips chapstick!

Every day when you are brushing your teeth, brush your lips for a bit too, not too long, about 15 seconds, apply lip balm right after (I ALWAYS use blistex medicated lip ointment) its supposed to be for cold sores but it makes your lips so soft, and it's so cheap! Brush your lips every day and apply blistex when needed. I have been chapped lip free for 4 years this method works!

I use Softlips Vanilla and it helps a lot. It also has SPF 20 which is a plus.

You can make your own lip exfoliating scrub. Just get olive oil and sugar. Both equal amounts so like 50% olive oil and 50% sugar. Mix them into a paste. Then get an old toothbrush and put the paste on it and gently rub onto your lips for a few minutes and then wash off. You'll see the results instantly. The only thing is be gentle whilst rubbing it with the toothbrush you don't want to hurt yourself by rushing it. Hope I helped :)

Hi flora, everyone is right about the lip scrub. but keep in mind that since you have sensitive lips use brown sugar instead of white. and for extra hydration use honey, brown sugar, and olive oil in the mixture. conditioning is key after the lip scrub and burts bees is a natural alternative for baby lips. but I love them both!

When I get chapped lips. I'm usually dehydrated. I'd recommend lots and lots and lots of water. Also scrub your lips in the shower with a wash cloth.
