Help, flaky skin on my cheek.

I have a little bit of rosacea on my cheeks and I have a pretty good skincare routine because I'd rather fix it then just cover it. I wash my face with dermalogica face wash, put on a clearing mattifier in the morning, then a mosturizer, then a primer, then my concealer, then my foundation. However it goes on very smooth over all my skin...except this one little quarter sized patch on my cheek. My makeup does not go on smooth there and when I put on makeup the skin gets all flaky. HOW CAN I FIX THIS? With my skin being flaky in this spot to applying makeup smoothly to cover this up.

Try exfoliating with a baking soda and water paste.

Elizabeth Arden eight hour cream usually fixes my random dry patches. Just put it on whenever you can at home or before bed, it's a bit shiny so you might not want to wear it all the time. You don't really want anything that's going to aggravate it, Vaseline would probably help too.
