Basics for beginners are foundation or maybe just a tinted moisturiser as you have nice skin already, then mascara a bit of blush and a clear lip gloss, then when you start getting more familiar with make up you can start playing around with eye shadows and lip sticks:)

For starts you're beautiful with it. Less is more, use compliments with your eyes which for brown is any color, start with basic soft shimmers and browns to get used to applying eyeshadow and progress as you get better. Lastly, good foundation is worth the cost. Aka Too Faces, Benefit, Bare Minerals, all worth the money. Good luck!

Walgreens is where I get all my eyelash products, lip products and nail polish, and eyeliner so definetly start there until you learn what looks best. Don't spend a ton of cash on any palettes until you are sure of what looks best on you:)

Try checking out some YouTube videos about makeup tutorials. I started wearing makeup when I was 13 and I learned how by watching videos :) It was a lot of help. You have beautiful skin so you don't even need a foundation.
