Was always told not to you blue for blue eyes. it can make them appeae dull. they won't stand out. try natural colors like browns, and golds.

Browns, certain shades of purple and green. look at your eyecolor closely do you have any specs of yellow etc.use that undertone. works for my blue uh shade anyhoos. you can do blue on blue and make it pop its all about the shade.

Orange is the opposite color to blue. So coppers, rust, gold, really warm browns will make blue eyes pop.
