I've been looking for a good eyeliner that stays all day too, prefer a drug store brand. Looking for White and Black that won't smudge on the waterline.

NYX has creamy eyeshadow/eyeliner pencils. But doesn't last how I'd like it to.

Try the maybelline color tattoos. they last 12 hours w/o a primer! too cool is a great white primer.
