I have this shirt that I haven't worn yet and I just can't figure out the perfect way to do my makeup. Any suggestions?

You could go with a neurtral eyeshadow and a simple black liner on the top lash line or you could find a similar shade of that yellow green in a liner and put that on your top lashline. I have one similar to that colour and its from the brand Gosh
