Biotin and vitamin e. Also vegan hair products. Stay away from products that contain Silicone.

Rosemary water, onion shampoo, birth control shampoo, mane and tail, coconut oil with curry leaves, tying up hair, braiding before bed. The whole nine yards. I cut my hair mainly my ends every month and it grows beautifully.
