I'm currently facing hair loss and I'm only 16? Is this normal? My mom said my hair parting line is getting bigger, like wider and more obvious? Even if I don't comb my hair or anything, my hair still falls. My hair is naturally straight and it's around 1-3 inches below my waist

Can anyone help me prevent more hair loss?

Well a friend of mine is stidiying the science behind your body...it is basically to understand your body...under tht came hair... living capacity of a single hair is 75 days... and then it dies...so you should comb your hair as many times a day... to let dead hair fall... and you should wash your hair evry day... and condition it... the least is every alternate day... and wgile washing your hair...see tht you scrub your scalp with finger tips and nt nails...and do not oil your hair...cz hailr always produces oil...and combing helps it spread it all over the hair...oiling it clogs up your pores and basically kills it...so this are some tips to help your hair...and you might have some product problems... maybe it is nt suitable for your scalp...causing excessive hairloss.

I had hair up to my waist I recently went to my hair dresser he told me that I had really thin hair for being 18 he said the problem is the length because the amount of weight is too much for your hair. I suggest going to your hair dresser tell them what's going on and they will trim your hair and restore the health of it. Now that I have gone my hair is much healthier and thicker.

Do you maintain it? You mentioned that it is very long. Give it a trim once a month or less even. Stimulates growth. Also massage your scalp as Saudha mentioned. Diet could play a role. Maintenance is key. Cull out split ends asap. I hope this helps! Xxoo.

Take everyoned advice and by all means use rosemary water! It will help thicken up the area needed. You must use daily!

Your hair is probably weak so I would recomend dove's revival shampoo and conditioner.

You could get layers to help it from getting so heavy. Also eat really healthy foods because if you aren't eating enough it will just start falling out :(

You may want to trim it and put coconut oil in your hair- also go to a doctor or hair specialist and see if you can get something to help strengthen hair.

Thanks for everything! Yeah, I'm washing my hair everyday now but I don't think I can put coconut oil cause my hair is naturally Oily if I don't wash it one day... It becomes all oily and it sticks together :/
