They work for me...I alternate between protien shakes an porridge with blue berries/papaya through out the week. I use Scupltress protein shakes in the morning, which keeps me going till lunch. They work for me, try it for a month an see how you feel. Also drink green tea! Ps, protien shakes are an acquired taste, I take mine with skimmed milk. :-)
