What is good eyeliner??

Best waterproof liner I've used is Benefit BadGal Waterproof liner it's stays and does NOT budge! Also Milani liquid eyeliner is a great waterproof liquid liner stays put!

I'm iffy on liquid liner cause I bought mine from overseas. I usually just use UD's 24/7 pencil liner.
