So I was really stupid. Ny skin was very dry around some acne scabs that peeled off, so I "exfoliated" with a wash cloth and it left huge painful tears in my skin. What do I do please help.

Ouch sounds painful! best thing to do is just leave it let it heal:/ maybe make an appointment with your doctor they'll give you somethin for your acne.

Put some polysporin or antibiotic ointment on it. try not to cover with makeup as when you wash your face, the scab will come of and your going through the whole process again :( good luck! I've done this before. leaves a nasty scar. be careful.

Moisturizer, use vitamin E! Try your best to not use foundation! Good luck.

This is what I do before bed and it works. Put some peroxide on a cotton ball and just put it over where you have acne and acne scars. Put an overnight acne cream on blemishes and neosporin on you scars or places that just need to heal. Make sure you rub both in good. Then the next day when you go to apply your make up you can use a liquid concealed if it's more of dry skin than a scab and then put your powder over it to blend it. If it's more of a scab then it'll shine so just put powder over it then rub over to make sure there's nothing loose and apply a tiny bit of liquid concealer

Peroxide is not a good idea...it has been proven to lighten skin over a period of time whether you realize it or not...I would say try antibiotic ointment, it may be a little greasy for a bit but it worked for me.

Ice your face with ice packs and a paper towel between the ice pack and your skin
