What is the best way to use white eye liner? I'd like my eyes to look brighter so I bought some, but I'm having trouble not looking scary! Any suggestions?

Just a little on your waterline :) You can also put it on your eyelids before eye shadow to make the eyeshadow be extra bright.

Put on your waterline,to make it appears softer you can lightly smudge it. I also sometimes where it to the center of my lid and bottom of my brow as a highlight,also smudge.

Hey, thought I'd post this since it's something different you can do with your white eyeliner. You line your top lashline with black eyeliner and then (carefully) do a second line directly above it with white eyeliner. I make sure that the black eyeliner is good and dry first, you can set it with black eyeshadow too just to be sure. I posted a pic to give you an idea of what I mean.

If you want to brighten your eyes, but find it looking a little stark, you could try using a nude liner on your waterline instead. Tarte has one, Rimmel has one, I believe Nyx has one as well!

I'm very pale and I use white liner on the waterline sometimes.
if you have a medium skin tone just try to blend it tiny bith.. so it doesn't look too harsh.

Use it on the waterline, that'll make your eyes pop. It's especially great if you use heavy makeup =) nude eyeliner is less hard so if you're not wearing much makeup or such then I would recommend nude eyeliner. But take a day home and try things out? =)

Put a little on your waterline! don't over do it only one swipe :) and also, apply to the inner corners for a fresh awake look:)
