Upper waterline help?

How do I make a thin line for my upper waterline? It always comes out way too thick and uneven I use pencil because I'm new at this but any suggestions?

Try using a gel liner applied with an angled brush or even better, a bent liner brush. it's going to take some practice, but it's much better than using a pencil. you have more control. ELF cream liner is really great & super affordable. hop this helps.
