Well I know sephora isnt a drug store but there line of eyeliners for 8 bucks is not bad

The trick I do for it to stay on is I put eyeliner then I put a bit of gel eyeliner on top of it , it really stays on

Milani's Liquif'eye. Add it on your waterline then use a cotton bud to add soe black shadow to set it in place :)

Maybelline master drama! Or loreal's 12 hr infallible eye liner is good too.
