If your going to get hair extensions I recommend using great lengths. They are at the top of the price chain, but your getting REAL beautiful hair that lasts a year or more depending on how well you take care of it. The cost depends on your particular stylists fees, ranging anywhere from $800-$2000 in some cases. It depends on how many bundles you need. Sometimes $500 if you only need a bundle or two. Check them out though! :)

As far as if they are bad for your hair, that depends on your hair type. My hair is fine. It's not a long lasting option for me because of the weight. But having a professional whose had many years experience sit down with you and evaluate your hair type, would be beneficial to understanding what all goes into it. The cool thing I forgot to mention above is with the great lengths extensions, you can take them out and put them back in whenever you want, that's all included in your fee for the year. Hope this was helpful...Good luck girl! :)
