I can't tell what my undertones are and my veins are a bit deep so it's difficult to see what color they are, is there any other way to tell? Also, can anyone suggest a good BB Creme? I used a friend's Garnier yesterday and my skin felt so good when I took it off...can anyone suggest a shade if possible?

If it's because your skin is sensitive I would try products to suit sensitive skin. also green primer. Green corrects red. I think your undertone would be cool because the rosy undertone. But I'm no expert.

If you tend to burn in the sun, you're most likely cool toned. If you tan, you're probably warmer toned. Also, if you take off all your makeup, put your hair back, and put on a white towel, you'll see you look either blueish or yellowish. If you see a blueish tint to your skin, you're cool toned, if you see a yellow tint you're warm toned. Finally, if your skin looks better with silver jewelry you're cooler toned; with gold you're more warm toned.

Keep in mind, these are all rules of thumb, and it is possible to have neutral undertones. It's more of a spectrum than an exact science. You could be more neutral leaning cool or warm.

Get warm, cool, and neutral toned foundation samples. Go somewhere with natural sunlight and apply 1 vertical stripe of all 3 samples on your face, right next to each other. A good place would be from your lower cheek area to your jawline. Blend them in a bit and see which one matches your skin. Or, apply only the neutral sample on your face. If it matches, you're neutral. If it looks dirty and pinkish, you're warm toned. If it looks chalky/pale and yellowish, you're cool toned. Hope this helps (:
