I have a lot of acne on my forehead and nose. Any tips??

If you wash your face to often, it drys your skin out like mad and makes it worse. just wash it one a day. I typically wait until the end of the day to wash off makeup and such. And Ill post pictures of stuff I use to help mine as soon as I get my butt of of the couch.

Try Quinoderm, it works amazingly, straight away and is very cheap. Don't use it if you have dry skin, as it will make it red blotchy, and it will flake. Hope this helps;)

Try to use Advil Liquid Gels! Cut open the pill and use a Q-tip to dab it on effected areas. Works for me!
