I started to develop eczema two years ago. I have a cream from the dermatologist for it. But is there any way to completely get rid of it? it acts up like few times a year.

I have it too. Fortunately not on my face. I found that sunscreen really caused it to flare up. I can use it on my face but never on my arms. Also moisturizer helps prevent flare ups.

Thanks girls. Emma, I actually use the solid butter version of that lotion and I add coconut oil and olive oil to it. But my eczema is in my face and I stopped drinking milk. I guess I could try cutting out cheese and see what happens. Thanks again.

I have lived with eczema all my life and it's about managing your stress levels, minimizing triggers and moisturizing constantly. For the face, if you have oily skin, aloe vera is soothing and moisturizing enough.

Extra virgin is suppose to be the best! I am obsessing over this on my skin! it is amazing and doing wonders for my eczema and a current allergic reaction I just endured! This will definitely be a standout for me this week on my beauty channel @ YouTube.com/graceandglamor! I picked mine up at gnc!
