How do you put on eyeliner on your top eyelid? Is it easier with liquid eyeliner? I dont know haha. I need help!

Yes its easier with liquid for people who has a steady hand.. there are many good youtube videos that can help you a lot better than walking you through it on here :)

Yes liquid is better or a eyeliner pen.

Easier with liquid eyeliner. I have found the best way is to stick really close to the lash line and just draw one quick line. However, if you have a shaky hand and it looks choppy just put a little bit of lotion/cream on a q-tip and run it along the top of the liner to make the line smoother.
