Technically, nothing that you put on your hair will make it grow. Hair growth really depends on what you put INSIDE your body! You can take vitamins, C or D & it can help your hair grow quicker & healthier (:

Brush your hair and use less products... The more products you have the more it builds up and prevents hair growth! Try not to wash your hair every day and drink lots of water.. Those are cheaper then products and work better as well:)

I don't know of any actual hair products, but I have heard of some home remedies that are quite cheap. Egg whites, olive oil, all diluted in water and massaged into your scalp then rinsing it out after fifteen minutes should help. So should aloe Vera doing the same as you would do with the egg whites substance.

First things first: cut off any dead/split ends. if you dont you`l be wasting your time and effort and money because if you dont cut split ends they'll just keep breaking and splitting the hair. second, drink as much water as possible. water is well needed to make the hair and overall health good. take your vitamins! take hair, skin and nail vitamins(nature made & cvs are good!) they have the fundamentals to make hair stronger, nails stronger and your skin look clearer. folic acid and biotin are also good! take at least 450-800 mcg of folic acid and I suggest start with at least 500 mcg of biotin (because some people tend to break out) then work your way up to 3,000mcg of biotin. remember to take water with these vitamins and drink a lot of if because they are water soluble! moisturize and give your hair some major tlc! do deep conditioning treatments 1-3 times a week depending on how damaged your hair is. I did them 3x a week for a month and I notice my hair isnt as dry or damaged anymore. I have a couple of hair mask videos that help a lot! try not to wash your hair too often, only detangle your hair with a wide tooth comb in the shower with some conditioner in your hair starting from the ends working your way up to avoid breakage. do not use heat tools!! these will suck the moisture out of your hair! try to only use them at a minimal. also I suggest only trimming your hair every 3-6 months depending on how well you take care of your ends. if you think your ends need a trim(you can usually tell when you look at your hair, does it look frizzier towards the bottom, then they need a trim or if they feel really rough) I suggest coconut oil to put on your ends! I think thats all the tips that I have =]
