White in the corners or on waterline, lengthening mascara and a thinner eyeliner line on top of your eyelid. Maybe wing it out a bit. Add gold shimmery eyeshadow.

I think a more blue and white Smokey eye contrast would really work, and thick eyeliner with mascara would make it pop more.

Wing your eyeliner, use shimmer in the middle of your eyelid and in the corner of your eyes...and fake lashes.

Add a bit of glittery mascara to the tips of your lashes and use white liner on the inner and out parts of your eyes.
