A bb cream is a tinted moisturizer... :) I would say Tarte. Theirs rocks! sorry its not a drugstore... Covergirl has a good one though.

In North America bb creams are tinted moisturizers. The real bb creams come from Asia. I would recommend gosh, it's a little expensive but still classified as drug store.

Well BB cream doesn't really cover much it's more to just moisturize your skin I don't think it's that awesome of a product.

BB creams from out here are tinted, from Asia they are actual creams for the face that reduce redness, under the eye circles and have high SPF in them. I have one that is 20 along with the powder that goed with it that is 30++ :) but I would say go with one from a drugstore that isnt full on liquid. Or add it to some actual cream if its liquidy.
