Tinted moisturizer to go with smashbox color correcting primer?

Best tinted moisturizer to compliment fair-medium, very dry skin? I tan easily in the summer but am fairly pale otherwise. Can anyone suggest a good inexpensive brand? going to be using smashbox color correcting primer pretty regularly now (my skin gets very red) so anything that works well with that?
