I'm looking for a dark brown eyebrow powder or matte eyeshadow.
I've been finding that my current eyebrow powder is too light for my liking. I have almost black hair. I used to use elf in brunette but that's too light and I'm currently using the lancome matte Couture shade but I still don't find them dark enough.
Please list thereabout prices if you don't know exactly how much it costs.
