Weird line on leg?

I don't know if you can see this but I have this weird line on my leg that makes the back of my leg darker than the other. I have no idea what it is or how to get rid of it. I tried to exfoliate it and it doesn't work. anybody have any idea what it is or how to get rid of it?

Maybe it's a birthmark hun, in which case I don't think you can get rid
