I use Revlon Colorstay, and while it does give good coverage, it's too matte for my taste. is there a way I can make it look more fresh and dewy without sacrificing coverage?

Try Mac Fix+ it's like a finishing spray that gives off a dewy look, I use all matte products, from mousse foundations to transparent powders, but I always finish off with the fix+ to give it the added glow and finish!

Don't apply powder. I use bb cream for a dewy look. :) or add a little cream to your colorstay hun.

Oh and btw it's water based, so it's not a powder.. If I gave that impression!

You can add a little bit of liquid highlighter into your foundation and mix it together.
