What is the best cream or moisturizer before makeup or before primer??

So it's early in the morning, and I want to know what is the best cream, moisturizer and even a face wash product that can be used daily before putting primer and makeup. Basically something that can smooth and make the face awake 😳

I do coffee grinds and pumpkin..the caffeine perks your face up nd pumpkin helps to moisturize and clean off smoothly you only need to do it 3times a week.
