It depends on what you're looking for. Naked 1 has more warmer color neutrals while the Naked 2 is more cooler color neutrals. Go with what suits your undertones the best. I have them both but reach for my Naked 1 more.

I prefer Naked 1...can't say why exactly but I find myself reaching for 1 the most.

What are you looking for? Like why do you want to buy this palette? Just for every day looks and wear, or for something else? The naked basics palette is the best one in my opinion, the others are way over rated!!

What Tiyah said. obviously you don't have to follow that, but that is how they are made. Otherwise ask yourself which one would you use more. no one but you knows that.

Everyone seems to like the original palette more. I have a really neutral skin tone and it can go with either warm or cool.. But I also am an aspiring mua so the naked 1 seems more crowd pleasing if I was look at it for that.. It's just that I live in Australia so if I am going to buy one I have to really weigh it up. Everything cost way more over here and urban decay doesn't retail in aus stores :(

Naked one has more everyday light tones with some dark gold and green I like the first one better but, plan on buying the other one soon too.

I own both and I have to say that I reach for the original more. But I love them both and you can easily combine both pallets for one look.

Serinda, Figured I would let you know that I recently picked up a palette from victoria secret called the Nakeds it was $28 for 12 eyeshadows, and it's soooo similar to the naked palettes- and I'll post a picture of it, they're so gorgeous and pigmented and really really worth the money, I would deff reccomend them. They stay on a really long time, and like I said are extremely pigmented, they're brand new and really affordable in my opinion. Just thought you should take it under consideration since they're so similar to the others :)
