Maybe you can try steaming and exfloating your face. When you steam your face, boil hot water & lemon grass, pour it in a bowl &put your face over it with a towel over your head capturing the steam to your face. do this for about 10min máx! wash it off with your cleanser then exfloiate it with the dermalogica prep scrub, this is the One I use & it is AMAZING, MY FAVORITE.. but if you don't want to purchase this, you can also use plain quaker oatmeal, grab a handful and Hold it tightly under lukewarm water then scrub it all over your face, but gently. :) hope this works.

I like Vichy for sensitive and dry skin.. Also look up oats as a cleanser. They work great!! I swear by them.
