You seem to have big eyes already..don't use a white because it will be noticeable use a nude but keep in mind since you already have the eyes it may not be a big difference.Use a brown liner on top lid smudge into lash line and speaking of lashes you can use individual lashes for the bottom of your eyes.I have a picture on my page of a makeup look I did for a girl with Big eyes.

Look up "bigger brighter eyes" on YouTube.
In the meantime, lining your top lash line (not your bottom one) will help. Focusing must contouring/shading/color on the top will open your eye and make them *pop*. If you use a lot of makeup, you may need to balance it it with a little but of bottom line/mascara.
