So recently I'v been developing acne on my back and chest...I'm a sort of a picker and am starting to create unflattering scars any advice on how to clear this?

Don't pick! I use to apply a vitamin e oil on top of breakouts which is healing. Plus it's super sticky so when I would go to touch it I would just get stickiness all over my hands. That was my random way of learning to not pick. Hope this kinda helps!
