A pore cleansing scrub might be best just for that area to exfoliate the skin and then apply a benzoyl peroxide cream or a salicylic acid gel after exfoliation. I've heard the risk of strips is breaking capillaries but that may just be a rumor.

I simply follo dz steps, wash my fash with cold water, pat dry it,apply light layer of baby cream, pat dry again with same wet napkin, dn apply non toxic and skin friendly glue on the entire nose area, glue should b very mild on skin, 1st tym it might sting a little, n 2 tel you I've very sensitive skin..peel off glue 1s dry dn apply baby cream on the area, af8r 10 mins run in shower, wash face n clean nose with blackhead extractor n muslin cloth... and again apply vitamin e oil on the skin af8r shower.. just 5 mins regimen..
tryin this for last 9 mnths or so, 1s a month, n no mo blackheads 4 me...
even my facial does not give me such b8r results on this area..
