I know thay, srough but my skin is dull dry and wontmoisterize I drink plenty of water and apply moisterizer daily. Could it be that I don't eat fat? Would that make my skin like this? Please anything that might be helpful tellme thanks. Xoxo.

Have you tried coconut oil? It's amazing! Also you could try something with hylaronic (sp?) acid in it that will help your skin "hold" water. You should definitely eat fat. Not all fats are bad for you :) your body needs them to function and stay healthy. http://www.m.webmd.com/healthy-beauty/features/natural-skin-care-skinny-fats.

I use this body moisturizer on my face sometimes... It's called gold bond. It made my face so soft!

Do not use coconut oil on your face.. it clogs your pores which will lead to breakouts.
wash your face with a cream based facewash (I use burst bees soap bark and chamomile) make sure you moisturize. Mary Kay extra emollient night cream really helped my dry skin...
you can also use natural remidies such as applying egg yolk onto your face. leave it on for about 20 mins then wash it of. about twice a week. this really helps.
or make a face mask with 2 tablespoons gram flour, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon almond oil and gradually add milk to the mixture to make a paste like consistency. apply this mask to your face for about 20 mins then wash and moisturize. hope that helped!

You should put some olive oil on yor face before you go to bed. You'll wake up with softer, smoother, and moisturized skin. Make sure to not put too much on your face.
