The best airbrush system?!?!

I need to purchase an airbrush system ASAP. I need one that is cost effective (I won't pay more than $300, at least not now), GREAT quality, and great options for all skin types.

What are your faves and why? (Dinair, Luminess, Temptu, etc.??)
