What nails are in season? Colours, patterns ect. And where can I get good quality nail varnish from that isn't too expensive?

Try using nail caviar , nail sugar and nail velvet flocking powder :) they all come in different colours so its whatever you prefer :)

Since we're almost in spring, I would go with lighter colors and pastels, and floral patterns are also really pretty for spring. I think Essie is a really nice quality nail polish that doesn't cost too much.
