If you are speaking of natural redness on the checks, foreheads, or nose then I have a few suggestions.
1. Dr.weils mushroom serum at Origins is hands down my favorite.
-It's created to help soothe the swelling that happens under the skin. Imagine an ice pack for your cells. It's quite pricey, but effective like I've never seen before, especially a natural product!
2. Two products, actually. Lush cosmetics has a Toners. My favorite toner for redness is Breath of Fresh air. If I recall correctly it has lavender and other soothing all natural essences. I typically would follow that toner with vanishing Cream; that is also a lush product and a wonderful lavender face cream. Not to mention the lavender in both the products are light and not heavy.
3. A clairisonic helps improve the aspect in which your skin absorbs these products. My skin wouldn't be the same with out it.
Hope I helped!

Green concealer! I'm currently working with a makeup artist and I couldn't believe how well it hid my redness.

I use a green color correcting primer from smashbox, if you have oily skin it might feel a little weird but it helps! put foundation or a tinted moisturizer over it and you're good to go ^^
