It's in memory of my BFF who died of skin cancer. It's on the same spot as the original mole. It's a poppy for eternal sleep as well as a Wizard of Oz reference. The butterfly is from her headstone.

This is my necklace of stars and skulls. I love my tattoo, I get a lot if comments on it and nearly all of them are compliments. There are a few who think negatively of a chick with skulls across her entire chest, but whatever..
