I have the same issue! I've watched a tutorial on milk of magnesia and how it's supposed to give you this matte effect. I haven't tried it personally but maybe it may work for you!

Try milk of magnesia before you put on makeup. Dab it on lightly & let it dry. Then apply makeup! Won't eliminate the oil but will help! Good luck! I use it everyday!

I actually watched this on youtube, and you do this only in the summer. You use eggs! It sounds weird, although it is a very good face wash especially for skin. You use the yolk for the wash, and the egg white for the lotion. You apply yellow first, once dry you wash off. Do the same with the egg white. Only one egg is needed:)
