Ok. I'm not very good with makeup at all. I recently bought some sugarpill loose eyeshadow and I can't seem to get it to look even. It kinda looks blotchy and I get tons of fall out. And does anyone have any good advice about doing cateye eyeliner?

Urban decay, amazing primer! MAC fluidline, great cream/gel liner for cat eyes.

If you have dry eye lids go with urban decay primer potion and if you have oily usetoo faced shadow insurance, also apply a base helps with getting the eyeshadow to stay in place. For a cat eye you can place a piece of tape near the corner of your eye using an angled liner brush trace along the tape to create the wing line your line and just connect to the wing. Just keep practicing and eventually you'll get the hang of it. I hope this helped :)
