I saw this picture on tumblr and think its sick but I have no idea where I can get this done does anyone know of a place where they can put the mermaid tail on my nails? I live in New Jersey too so anywhere in jersey THANKS XX.

It's actually meant to be Ariel :) I would say the best thing would be to take the picture into a nail bar and get them to figure it out. Good luck using your hands though...
