When I shower I scrip my scalp very well. When I get out and my hair drys, my hair looks clean! But if I give my hair a new part on the opposite side or flip my hair over, it's EXTREMELY GREASY! How do I get it not as greasy?

I had this problem too... I tried putting dishwashing soap in my hair and my hair was soo soft... Make sure you really scrub your scalp. I used dawn dishwashing soap by the way.. I don't know if it makes a difference though.

Dish soap is horrible for your hair! There's a reason why It's DISH soap and not shampoo!

Try co-washing your hair with a deep cleansing and moisturizing conditioner. Leave it in for a few hours it sleep with it in if you feel you must. Let me know how the works out for you hun :)

This is going to sound very weird and backwards for your situation, but you need to not scrub so much and lessen the amount of times you wash your hair in a week. The same for overly oily skin, your hair is over producing oil because you‘re washing it either too much or you‘re using a shampoo with lauryl sulfate (which can potentially strip your scalp and roots of moisture, causing your scalp to produce excess amounts of oil to compensate.) Try switching to a sulfate free shampoo, wash hair every other day and invest in a good dry shampoo like Batiste or Tresemme. Your scalp should correct itself over a week or two. (: Good luck!

The dry shampoo, as I forgot to mention being for the inbetween and adjustment days your hair takes to get used to a new regimine. (:
